Salpicón De Fruta
This Colombian salpicón is the ultimate refreshing summer drink for cookouts, parties, and hot days when you want something fruity and ice cold. Made with watermelon, pineapple, mango, strawberries, grapes, bananas, and bubbly Colombiana soda, it’s sweet, juicy, and packed with fresh fruit in every sip. Blending part of the fruit creates a smooth, slushy-style base while the rest stays chunky for texture, making it feel somewhere between a fruit punch and fruit salad. Serve it chilled in tall glasses with a spoon and straw — and if you want to make it extra festive, top it off with a splash of champagne.
