English Tea Martini
This elegant cocktail is perfect for a dinner party or a sophisticated happy hour at home. Inspired by British tea culture, a simple gin and black tea infusion adds a subtle, earthy depth that pairs beautifully with the bright citrus and bittersweet notes of Aperol and triple sec. Combine the infused gin with a splash of fresh lemon juice and a few dashes of orange bitters, shake it up, and strain into a chilled coupe glass for a drink that looks as impressive as it tastes.
